METECH (Serbia) and METES (Belgium) are full-system suppliers for projects and concepts in sheet metal and light metal constructions. Our customers describe their needs, and we develop and deliver tailored solutions. Due to our ambitious growth plans, we are expanding our IT department and are looking for a motivated and experienced IT professional who enjoys working directly with end users, analyzing business needs, and developing practical IT solutions.

• Analyze business and user requirements and participate in the design and development of new IT solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance existing applications and systems using SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
• Design and support the development of reports, dashboards, and other internal business applications.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software in Windows / Windows Server / Microsoft Office environments.
• Provide basic support for hardware and network-related issues.
• Initially, the role will focus on supporting the existing IT team by taking over selected development and reporting tasks, with opportunities to take increased ownership and responsibilities over time.

• Proven experience in analyzing, programming, and implementing IT solutions in collaboration with end users.
• Hands-on programming experience in SQL, Python, or another programming language.
• Knowledge of hardware, networking, and Windows-based environments.
• Experience working in a larger or international organization is considered an advantage.
• Practical IT experience is essential; an IT-related degree is considered an advantage.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel to Belgium occasionally.
• Team player with strong communication and organizational skills, sense of ownership, and a proactive approach to work.
